Dell Expert Network
Dell Expert Network (DEN) is Dell's program for independent IT consultants and managed-service providers. I designed the member-facing portal — the front door to account support, exclusive pricing, and rewards on the hardware they spec for their clients.
Challenge
Dell's core storefront is built for people buying for themselves. IT consultants buy on behalf of clients, repeatedly, and need a different relationship: a named contact, faster support, and a reason to keep routing purchases through Dell. DEN was that relationship — but it needed a home that explained the value fast and got members to the benefit without a sales call.
Approach
I designed the portal around the member's actual loop: understand the benefits, join, make qualified purchases, collect the rewards. The home leads with who it's for — "Empowering IT Consultants" — and the concrete benefits: dedicated account team, service shortcuts, exclusive pricing. A plain "How it works" walks the six steps from becoming a member to redeeming rewards on Dell.com, with referral and a companion app as secondary paths. Responsive throughout, in Dell's brand system.
Outcome
Shipped as the UK front door for the Dell Expert Network — a benefit-first portal that turns a partner program into something a busy consultant can understand and act on in about a minute.
